Elaine R. Kiernan, CFP®, CDFA®, CSA®

Elaine R. Kiernan, CFP®, CDFA®, CSA®, graduated from the University of San Francisco. She is President of Financial Resource Associates, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM professional, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), a
Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Registered Principal/
Branch Manager of Geneos Wealth Management, Inc, Member FINRA, SIPC. Her firm, Financial Resource Associates, Inc. is
a Registered Investment Advisory firm and she has been in
practice since 1982. She is fully licensed by the California Department of Corporations, and holds FINRA
licenses, 7, 24, 63.
She has been active within the Santa Cruz, California community and has served on the boards of the McPherson Art and History Museum, Santa Cruz Art League, Planned Giving Council of Monterey County, Camp Opportunity
and the Visiting Nurse Association.
Elaine has provided education on financial issues to hundreds of people through regular
classes and seminar and public speaking engagements. She also served on the
Education committee for AIG Financial Advisors, Inc.
She enjoys scuba diving, a lush flower garden, movies and more than anything, her
family. Elaine is a widow, has four great kids who have blessed her with six grandchildren. She makes it very apparent that nothing is more
fun to her than taking her grandchildren to Disneyland.
Lisa S. Rosenau, Vice President, Asset Management

Lisa Rosenau is an Investment Advisor Associate to
Elaine Kiernan at FRA and a registered representative of Geneos Wealth Management, Inc. She has held her securities license since 1987, and has been with Financial Resource Associates, Inc. since 1997. Her primary responsibilities are to assist Elaine in the area of investment portfolio construction, management, presentation and implementation.
She is also the chief contact for all of the retirement plans that are under advisement by Elaine Kiernan and FRA.
Lisa is currently serving as 2nd Vice President of the local Santa Cruz chapter of Soroptimist International, and has served in the past as chairwoman of the Women In Business Committee of the Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce
A native of Washington State, Lisa loves Santa Cruz like a native. She was in Santa Cruz in 1989 when the Loma Priata earthquake devastated so much of downtown. "it's been wonderful to watch this community re-emerge as one of the loveliest places on earth."
She and her son, David, have enjoyed living in Santa Cruz county and its many varied things to do.
Lisa is a Registered Representative with Geneos Wealth Management, Inc.,
member FINRA, SIPC, and attended Eastern Washington University.
Walter J. Levicki, MBA, CFDSTM, Associate

Walter is our newest member at FRA. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master in Business Administration degree in Financial Planning from California Lutheran University. He is also Certified Financial Divorce Specialist (CFDS) and a candidate for CFP certification.
With his unique background, Walter provides FRA with additional stability and direction to continue its impressive growth. He will be assisting Elaine in the areas of financial plan preparation and insurance services. He is also responsible for maintaining andenhancing the FRA presence both locally and on the internet. Walter brings a daily commitment to ensure that each financial plan developed by FRA provides the best solution for our clients.
Walter has lived in California all his life and in Santa Cruz County since 1993. He chose
this area with his wife of 27 years to raise their 3 children because of the bountiful
nature, surfing, beaches, and the close proximity to San Francisco Bay attractions.
Hanna L. Anhorn, Project Manager & Client Services

In July of 2004, Hanna joined at Financial Resource Associates. She brings with her, a successful background in technical sales
and quality systems. Her skills are complimented with a BA in
psychology from Humboldt State University.
Although Hanna has traveled to various places in the United States and Scandinavia, she realizes the more she sees outside this beautiful area, the more she loves calling Santa Cruz home. One of her favorite things to do, while being out in the warm California sun, is to walk barefoot along the beach.
