Every year, literally millions of people make New Years resolutions to lose weight.
They start to exercise regularly, they go on a diet, they really try hard - and
everything works out perfectly for the first month. But by the second month they
start to slip in those twinky bars and skip rythmic dance classes and by the
third month its back to fast food in front of the TV and all their effort is
wasted. The fact is that you can only keep the weight away and your fitness
